Technology of color paste modulation and temperature control for discharge printing of fabrics
discharge printing is also called engraving printing. It refers to the printing process of printing white or colored patterns on dyed fabrics by printing a color paste that can eliminate the "ground color". When printing, the ground colored fabric is first printed with a color paste containing destructible ground color, and then dried and printed with a design dye containing discharge agent or both. During post-treatment, the ground color dye at the printing place is destroyed and faded, forming a white pattern on the color ground or a color pattern formed by the dyeing of the decor dye, also known as color pulling or color pulling. One auxiliary oil cylinder is fixed on the frame at the top of the two clamping jaws respectively; The first end of the two main cylinders is fixed on the movable gripper seat. People pay more and more attention to the discharge printing because of its more detailed and lifelike patterns, rich patterns, strong color contrast, clear outline and full color light. With the help of reductants and oxidants, it destroys the background color of colored fabrics to obtain local achromatic or colored patterns. Due to different fabrics, the chemical discharge agents selected are also different. Discharge printing can be used not only for cloth, but also for finished clothing
Put two steel bars at the bottom of the test piece and align them with the two support lines of the test piece respectively.1. The paste and dye prepared by the color paste shall be fully stirred and evenly mixed at the same time. After filtration, the filtered processing tin shall be added. However, it should be noted that the processed tin and the dye cannot be stirred at the same time, otherwise the dye is difficult to dissolve, which will cause blocking, color spots, plug spots and other phenomena during printing. When preparing discharge white pulp or light color color pulp, an appropriate amount of reactive blue should be added. The processed tin must be fully stirred and filtered before use; Master the amount of processing tin according to the pattern. If the amount is less, the pattern will be blurred and the outline will be unclear
2. Control the temperature
generally, the temperature of the printing machine drying room should not be higher than 100 ° C. It is appropriate to dry at low temperature. The drying temperature is too high to reduce the discharge effect of processed tin. The bottom dyeing shall not exceed 120 ° C, and the bottom rolling, scraping and drying shall not exceed 100 ° C. It is advisable to dry at low temperature, and it is not advisable to stop halfway in the drying process. The processing tin is highly corrosive to the plate and equipment. Under normal circumstances, when producing 5000 meters, be sure to check the plate to prevent sand leaks, unsmooth lines, etc. The pressure adjustment of the scraper of the printing machine should be uniform, and the plate connection sample should be made well. Discharge paste generally adopts white dextrin or synthetic longan gum, and its degumming property is worse than that of sodium alginate, so it is best to use rope washing machine and strengthen reduction cleaning to make the cloth fresh, pure in color and clear in pattern
the anti discharge printing of polyester fabric can be divided into alkali drawing and tin drawing, but the anti discharge printing effect of processed tin on polyester silk like fabric is good. Because the processed tin is modified stannous chloride, it is difficult to dissolve in water and is not easy to be oxidized by air, which increases the stability of the color paste, thus improving the quality of printing. The friction force will be generated between the non horizontal working piston and the working oil cylinder installed on the first main machine
discharge resistant printing of all cotton cloth: the discharge reactive dye can be used to dye the base color, the vinyl sulfone based reactive black dye can be used to dye the base color, the printing will be carried out after drying, and the base color (black) will be covered by the wet cover printing method after printing. The ground color (black) is dyed by rolling drying process, and the dye is not easy to fix. Cover and print on the unfixed black background, dry, steam and promote the simultaneous color development. The black background is easy to change into a black belt red phase
discharge printing of silk and wool textiles: the ground color can be dyed with acid dyes and reactive dyes with azo structure, and the ground color of polyester and acetate textiles can be dyed with disperse dyes with azo structure. The discharge agent is usually a strong reductant, usually stannous oxide. Discharge printing is mainly used for deep ground color printing, and the printing effect is good
